Terms & Service Agreement
By booking a service with Asian Wellness Care, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Appointment Scheduling
Asian Wellness Care provides certified mobile wellness therapy services across all 25 districts of Sri Lanka. Bookings made online or via phone/WhatsApp are confirmed upon therapist availability dispatch within the hour.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled session time via WhatsApp or phone call.
3. Code of Conduct & Professional Safety
All services provided by Asian Wellness Care are strictly therapeutic and professional. Inappropriate behavior towards therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and reporting to local authorities.
4. Payment Terms
Service prices are clearly displayed in LKR. Payment can be made via cash upon therapist arrival or bank transfer as agreed during booking confirmation.
